Anatomique Stretch is a random visual archive exploring contemporary uses of cosmetic surgery. Through these images, the project questions our relationship to the body, to intimacy, and to what is made visible. It explores the symbolic representation of bodies in an era shaped by norms and voluntary alterations.
Echoing religious iconography, it revisits the notion of stigmata, revealing a new form of transcendence inscribed in the flesh.
